Ultrashield’s Platinum Plan is a 5 year warranty for leather, wood or fabric furniture purchased through Grossman Furniture. This warranty is for a period of five (5) years for up to $10,000 of furniture. The kit includes all of the products you will need to clean, protect and maintain all of your leather, wood and fabric furniture.


Warranty Period

• Five (5) Year Warranty - Five Years of Full Replacement

Free refills on the contents of the kit (up to 4 per year) will be sent to the customer as needed per customers request to the Ultra Shield customer service.

Leather Warranty Coverage

• Any food or beverages normally consumed by humans
• Human and pet bodily fluids (except feces) and vomit
• Mold or mildew
• Blue jean dye or newspaper print transfer
• Ballpoint pen ink or lipstick
• Accidental rips, cuts, tears, cigarette burns or punctures
• Cracking and peeling (except on vinyl)

Wood Warranty Coverage

• Water rings caused by normal household foods or beverages
• Burns or heat marks resulting from cigarettes, hot dinner plates and hot coffee cups
• Warping of wood, lifting of veneer and broken wood legs
• Breakage, scratches and cracking of the finish occurring during normal household use
• Breakage, chips and scratching of glass or mirrors on wood tables, wall units and cabinets occurring during normal household use
• Silvering loss on mirrors
• Electrical shorts and switch failure (limited to wall units and cabinets)

Fabric Warranty Coverage

• Any food or beverages normally consumed by humans
• Human and pet bodily fluids (except feces) and vomit
• Mold and mildew
• Accidental rips, cuts and cigarette burns
• Separation of seams

Service Requirements

• Mail the completed warranty registration card within five (5) days of furniture delivery to Ultra Shield.
• If a stain occurs, refer to the cleaning instructions — use of any unauthorized cleaning product procedure will void this warranty.
• Report all warranty claims to Ultra Shield within five (5) days to the staining/damage which led to the claim. Failure to follow instructions will void the warranty.
• Warranty is limited to new furniture orders from Grossman Furniture.
